Breath with Me

I’ve always recognized the power of breath. I vividly remember using focused breathing during my junior year of high school—simply as a way to warm up on a cool night spent with friends at the beach. Later in life, while practicing yoga in my late 20s, I re-discovered breathwork, this time supported by science and a deeper understanding of its benefits.

In 2025, as I was pursuing a Personal Trainers course to build a foundation for trauma-informed coaching in the health and wellness industry, a conversation over coffee with a dear friend sparked a new direction. She encouraged me to further explore breathwork, which led me to Pause Breathwork. I immediately fell in love with their curriculum and dove in with no reservations.

Today, I’m honored to be a facilitator of breathwork, sharing its transformative power with others as I continue to merge fitness, wellness, and mindful coaching.
